Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Synestrology ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Synestrology provides personalized readings that synthesize Western Astrology, Human Design, and Numerology based on your birth data. Readings are delivered as PDF documents via email.

Nature of Readings

Our readings are intended for entertainment, self-reflection, and personal insight purposes only. They are not intended to be, and should not be used as:

• Medical, psychological, or health advice
• Financial or legal advice
• A substitute for professional consultation
• Predictions of future events

You acknowledge that astrological, Human Design, and numerological interpretations are subjective and that results may vary in their perceived accuracy or applicability.

Accuracy of Birth Data

The quality of your reading depends on the accuracy of the birth data you provide. You are responsible for ensuring that your name, birth date, birth time, and birth location are accurate. We cannot issue refunds for readings generated with incorrect data provided by the user.

Payment & Delivery

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are listed in USD
• Your reading will be delivered to the email address associated with your payment
• Delivery typically occurs within 1-5 minutes of purchase

Refund Policy

Due to the personalized, digital nature of our product, all sales are final. However, if you experience technical issues preventing delivery of your reading, please contact us at hello@synestrology.com and we will work to resolve the issue or provide a refund at our discretion.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and methodology of Synestrology readings are the intellectual property of Synestrology. Your personalized reading is licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

• Resell or redistribute readings
• Use readings for commercial purposes
• Reverse-engineer our methodology

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Submit false or misleading information
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synestrology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the reading in question.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific results will be achieved from using the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
